Nearly twice the goodness

Ewe's milk carries almost double the milk solids of cow's milk. The richness in every scoop isn't added — it comes out of the milking shed that way.

Naturally A2-type

Sheep have been milked for ten thousand years, and their milk is naturally A2-type — it contains no A1 beta-casein.

One flock, one place

Every litre comes from our own ewes at Tihoi, on the volcanic plateau above Lake Taupō's western bays. Single origin, in the truest sense.
